    1. Brendon McCarville, MBA, FNTP, RYT-500 is a yoga teacher and wellness and mindset coach who helps women remember who they are at their core and express that into the world so they can create lives of purpose, energy and impact. Using yoga and meditation along with energy work, subconscious reprogramming techniques and nutrition, she guides women back to themselves and facilitates transformation for the mind, body and soul.

Brendon began seriously pursuing a yoga practice in 2014 in an effort to heal a rock climbing injury. She healed her shoulder and found a new passion for the peace and focus that yoga provided. The practice became a way to not only improve flexibility, mobility and physical strength, but a way to practice mental and emotional strength as well as to develop a deeper spiritual connection. She completed her 200 hour RYT Yoga Alliance certification with Summit Climbing, Yoga & Fitness in Dallas, TX in 2015 and has been sharing her love of yoga ever since with students and yoga teachers in training.

Intro Rocket Vinyasa with Con Group Singing Bowls with Ricky
Friday April 30 6pm

Picture
Join Con Pallin and Ricky Tran for a Rocket Vinyasa practice followed by a group singing bowl meditation at the Pavilion at Addison Circle Park!

Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and fast-paced flow of yoga. The structure maintains that of Ashtanga Vinyasa, consisting of a warm up (Surya Namaskar A + B, after which one continues in the standing poses, seated poses, and ending with the traditional closing series. Another key quality of the Rocket Yoga System is the "Art of Modification." Students are encouraged to make their own interpretation of the traditional asana and can remove or modify binding postures that tend to cause students to get stuck in the traditional series.

Sound therapy with singing bowls is an ancient form of regeneration. ... The sound of singing bowls harmonizes and allows deep relaxation of both sides of the brain. It stimulates stress relief on all levels and the elimination of toxins from the body. Option to bring your own bowl and play along or relax and enjoy the vibes.

Expect to work hard and sweat for around 75 minutes and 15 min for relaxation/sound healing.
