Meet the Instructors
Ricky Tran, BBA, E-RYT 500, YACEP, YU-QP4, CBA
Every hero’s journey begins with a call to transform. For Ricky Tran, that call came in 2005, when he faced the depths of addiction and despair. Seeking healing, he stepped onto a yoga mat—and into a new life. What began as an act of survival became a path of awakening. Through practice, discipline, and faith, Ricky rebuilt himself from the inside out—body, mind, and spirit.
Over the next two decades, Ricky immersed himself in study and teaching, logging more than 25,000 hours guiding others toward balance and self-realization. Rooted in the lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya and his disciple Srivatsa Ramaswami, Ricky bridges classical yoga and modern understanding to make timeless wisdom accessible to all. His teachings weave movement, breath, meditation, and philosophy into a living art of transformation—helping students not just stretch their bodies but also expand their consciousness.
Ricky’s rise from personal struggle to spiritual purpose inspired the creation of multiple yoga communities, including Krama Yoga Center, Castle Hills Yoga, Yoga Southside, and the beloved Breakfast Yoga Club, which united people through yoga, music, and service. He has taught nationally at venues such as the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, the Texas Yoga Conferences, and Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
Armed with a BBA in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, and Real Estate from the University of North Texas, Ricky merges business insight with heart-centered vision. His students—ranging from Olympians and physicians to everyday seekers—reflect the diversity and universality of his message: that yoga is a path home to wholeness.
Today, based in Dallas, Texas, Ricky continues his mission through private clients, the Yoga Health Institute Corporation, Addison Circle Yoga, and Urban Harmoni Wellness—initiatives dedicated to healing, education, and conscious living. Having transformed his own life through yoga, Ricky now leaves behind living proof of his journey: conscious humans becoming their best selves, one breath at a time.

Danielle D'Alesio
Danielle is a mindset coach and certified yoga instructor who specializes in helping women reduce stress, step into their confidence and discover themselves.
After experiencing a powerful life transformation through yoga, Danielle decided to become a teacher. For years, she struggled with anxiety and insecurities, and despite a successful career, she felt unfulfilled.
She started yoga as a physical practice to do cool arm balances and handstands, but she gained so much more. Through consistent practice the anxiety started to fade away. She gained a state of inner peace and confidence, and her life transformed from party girl to being on a path towards self-actualization.
Reflecting upon her growth, she found her purpose was to help facilitate this to others. She completed her teacher training at Skanda Yoga Studio in Miami, Florida, and the following year, she left her corporate engineering job to pursue her passions of yoga, health, mindset and spirituality.
She loves teaching yoga and meditation in a way that will help you release limitations, fears and insecurities in order to fully step into your power and receive your dreams. Still with an engineer brain, she enjoys focusing on technique as well as the scientific aspects of the practices. She thrives on teaching classes of a deeper spiritual nature, guiding her students to experience their true selves outside of the roles they play, attaining a state of inner peace, connection and love for themselves and others.

Diana Tennant, E-RYT 500
Yoga has been part of my life for over 20 years. The practice of yoga has helped me find a better connection between my mind, body and soul. The physicality of the practice has made my body stronger and more flexible but the mental and emotional benefits are why I keep coming back. The challenges I've faced on my yoga mat have helped me face the ups and downs of my life off the mat. I'm blessed that I've been able to share my passion for yoga since 2015 in my studio classes, private sessions, workshops and retreats.
Currently my teaching level is E-RYT 500. I have over 800 hours training and more than 2000 hours teaching experience with certifications in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Dharma, Power, Vinyasa Krama, Restorative, Yin, Wheel and Chair Yoga.
My goal in every class is to help students disconnect from the outside world so they can find peace, strength and resilience inside themselves.

Gaby Pusateri, ERYT-500, PRYT, LCCE
Gaby has been teaching yoga since 2008, and passionately brings the benefits of yoga
and mindfulness to people of all ages and abilities. She teaches flow yoga, restorative
yoga, mindfulness to children and teens, prenatal yoga and ‘Mommy & Me’ postnatal
yoga.
Gaby was drawn to yoga when she found her constant backaches diminished and that
she was less reactive, more peaceful and more mindful with consistent practice. She
received her 500-hour yoga certification in 2008 through Sunstone Yoga, and then
expanded with the second prenatal yoga teacher certification from Prenatal Plus Yoga
in 2013 after experiencing the benefits of yoga throughout both of her pregnancies. She
has served as a Certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator (LCCE) since 2010 and as a birth
coach helping moms have natural births. With her Live Free Yoga certification in 2017,
she teaches yoga and mindfulness to the children and teens throughout DISD.
In the many years of teaching, Gaby has heard abundant definitions of what yoga is.
Gaby defines yoga as the peace, the inner power to remain present to what is
happening right now. This peace is within us all the time. Through the practice of yoga
poses and mindful breathing we access our inner peace and remain focused on the
present.
