In Ricky Tran's Beginner Yoga classes on Wed 6pm, we will be focusing on these things each week through the month of May. Bring your own blocks and straps! May 5 - Ashtanga Standing Postures May 12 - Ashtanga Standing Postures continued May 19 - Ashtanga - Sun Salutation C safe transitions May 26 - Ashtanga - Intro to Seated Series Danielle will also be offering Intro to emPOWER Yoga In this class we will break down the basic postures and focus on form and alignment. Expect stop and go type format with discussion and demonstrations as well as a bit of a flow to put what we learned into practice. Props are not required but encouraged to bring.
