These are the requirements prior to participating as a yoga teacher with Addison Circle Yoga.

I HAVE FOUND THAT TEACHING YOGA OUTSIDE WITH MY SYSTEM IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. THIS TAKES , INVESTMENT, COMMITMENT AND RISK. IF WE MOVE FORWARD TOGETHER, WE WILL BE ON A 90 DAY TRIAL TO SEE IF WE ARE A GOOD FIT FOR ONE ANOTHER.

YOU WILL WORK AS A CONTRACTOR (NOT WAGED EMPLOYEE) AND WILL EARN A PERCENTAGE SPLIT YOU YOUR CLASS'S NET REVENUE. DETAILS WILL BE DISCUSSED LATER.

1. You will need to bring your own battery powered wireless microphone to plug into your battery powered PA speaker.
2. Samson Airline Micro. They are around $250. Get any of the K-band, not N band.
3. This other Samson mic  $120 will work but you may need an adapter cable to go to the speaker or mixer.
4. I have this 2 speaker $200 set requires an external 500 watt battery power pack. This creates the BEST experience for the students but it's more to haul around.
5. You may also get a BOSE S1 Pro - one speaker set up. I have the backpack and protective cover as well. 
6. Another option would be these battery-powered PA speakers. I haven't tried these but they look good. Under $200. BIG & SMALLER
7. To haul your gear, we recommend a WAGON.​ 
8. There is a tent sign that I can provide for you to use. It's big and cumbersome, but you are allowed to buy smaller one for yourself. This is the one I have. If you use mine, you are responsible for it and need to replace if you lose or damage it. If you quit, please return it. Cost is around $100+ for the sign holder and sign.

1. INSURANCE: You will need to add two additionally insured on your liability insurance and send us the Acord form, Certificate of  Liability Insurance. Contact your insurance and provide the information below. If you need insurance, we recommend Alternative Balance. Ricky has given up his referral commission so you can save $40 at registration. It takes just a few minutes and you will be insured!
   1. Commercial General Liability insurance at minimum combined single limits of $1,000,000 per-occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate for bodily injury and property damage, which coverage shall include products/completed operations ($2,000,000 products/completed operations aggregate), and XCU (Explosion, Collapse, Underground) hazards, and which coverage shall include contractual liability, covering, but not limited to, the liability assumed under the indemnification provisions of this Agreement.​​
   2. All liability policies shall contain no cross liability exclusions or insured versus insured restrictions applicable to the claims of the Town of Addison and Addison Circle Yoga.
   3. A waiver of subrogation in favor of the Addison Circle Yoga, Town of Addison, Texas, and its officials, officers, employees, and agents shall be contained in each policy required herein.
   4. All insurance policies shall be endorsed to require the insurer to immediately notify Addison Circle Yoga via email of any material change in the insurance coverage.
   5. All insurance policies shall be endorsed to the effect that Addison Circle Yoga will receive at least ten (10) days’ notice prior to cancellation or non-renewal of the insurance.
   6. All insurance policies, which name Addison Circle Yoga and The Town of Addison, Texas as an additional insured, must be endorsed to read as primary coverage regardless of the application of other insurance.
   7. Required limits may be satisfied by any combination of primary and umbrella liability insurances.
   8. Insurance must be purchased from insurers that are financially acceptable to Addison Circle Yoga and Town of Addison and licensed to do business in the State of Texas.
