June 14
Functional vs Dysfunctional Breathing
Uyyaji or victorious breathing for yoga postures and pranayama or breathing exercises (expansion and control)
Pada Bandha - 4 - Corners of the feet + 6th toe
Hasta Bandha - spread fingers, suction cup hands and tiger claw
Rotations of arms and legs
Standing Equal balance (samastithi) and mountain pose (tadasana)
Standing Forward bend
Downward Dog Pose

June 21
Chaturanga Dandasana (4 limb staff pose or yoga low push up)
Cobra pose and Upward facing dog (how to backbend without pain)
Putting together traditional sun salutation (surya namaskar) and finding your "flow" 

June 28 
Breaking down foundational standing postures (alignment and adaptations/modifications)
Warrior 1 vs Crescent Lunge
Side Angle Pose and Revolving SAP
Triangle Pose and Revolving TP
